Then we Build a Toolkit of custom AI workflows, prompts, and integrations tailored to your specific operations. In the Activate phase, we roll out these tools through hands-on training and live implementation sessions, ensuring adoption across your team. Finally, we Optimize based on real usage data, refining what's working and addressing any gaps. The entire process is designed to get your team to Phase 2 adoption: consistent, confident, and independent use of AI.

Claude is our first choice. We also build on IBM watsonx Orchestrate and open-source Flowise when a client's systems, budget or data rules call for it.

Etalia.ai engagements are scoped and priced in three tiers. The Starter tier is a low-barrier entry point: the free AI Readiness Check, designed to give your team a clear picture of where you are on the AI adoption curve and what's worth prioritizing. Growth engagements are scoped per project and billed flexibly based on deliverables, making them a fit for teams that want specific workflows built and activated without a longer commitment. Enterprise engagements are structured as monthly or annual contracts, or on a project basis, depending on the scope of the full Audit–Connect–Build–Activate–Optimize program. Claude API access is handled differently depending on the engagement, and we agree it during scoping. All engagements are invoiced directly. Yes. Enterprise engagements include dedicated support as a core part of the service. You will have direct access to our team throughout the engagement for implementation questions, workflow troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
