Enterprise engagements are structured as monthly or annual contracts, or on a project basis, depending on the scope of the full Audit–Connect–Build–Activate–Optimize program. Claude API access is handled differently depending on the engagement, and we agree it during scoping. All engagements are invoiced directly.
